Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, where the exceptional service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly accommodating and ready to help with all my needs, making my experience feel special. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I felt very comfortable during my time there. However, I did notice a bit of noise during the night, which disrupted my sleep at times. Overall, it was a great stopover for my travels, especially with the nearby dining options and family-friendly atmosphere.
We had a memorable stay at this hotel, particularly due to the welcoming service and family-friendly rooms. However, the cleanliness standards in our room were concerning, with some strands of hair on the bedding that made us question if the sheets were changed. The location is excellent for reaching the Eurotunnel, but a bit of a construction site around the area made parking slightly challenging.
During my stay at this hotel, I found it to be ideally located for my needs, close to the crematorium but also near various amenities. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing the restful retreat I needed despite its initial location challenges. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming attitude of the staff who made my experience much more enjoyable. However, one downside was the noise from the outside, which could be a potential concern for non-smokers like myself.
This hotel has a very convenient location, especially for travelers heading to France, and the service from the staff was exceptional. The rooms, while clean and reasonably comfortable, had some heating issues and noise from the air conditioning that could be annoying. The dining experience at the Beefeater next door left something to be desired as it took a while for our food to arrive, and it wasn't quite up to par. Overall, it's a solid choice but could improve in a few areas.
We had a decent stay at the Premier Inn, with friendly staff and a convenient location near restaurants and a cinema. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations, particularly during breakfast, and some facilities, like the air conditioning, could use improvement. Overall, it met our basic needs but left room for enhancement.
